*Fees are based on estimated construction cost and progress of design documents. We believe there are many benefits to design professionals, owners and plan reviewers when potential TAS violations are identified early in the design process. Preliminary plan reviews are done to guide the project to compliance for clients retained for the State required TAS reviews.
